KEN Hygiene Systems A/S develops, manufactures, sells, delivers, and services innovative hygiene solutions and continuously works on improvements throughout the entire organization.

We are committed to:

• Complying with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, standards, and customer requirements, and continuously improving our management systems
• Ensuring high product quality with a focus on user and patient safety
• Working in a process-oriented and risk-based manner to ensure stable processes, preventing errors, and systematically manage deviations
• Reducing our environmental impact in processes, products, and services by preventing pollution, reducing resource consumption, emissions, and waste, and promoting responsible consumption and circular solutions
• Supporting a good physical and psychological work environment and responsible conditions throughout the value chain, with respect for human rights, working conditions, and anti-corruption
• Prioritizing solutions that improve quality and respect the environment, taking technological opportunities and good business practice into account

Management sets objectives and follows up on results through management reviews. All employees are responsible for the quality of their work and can contribute with suggestions for improvement.
The policy applies to relevant activities, products, services, and supplier collaborations, and is communicated internally and made available to relevant stakeholders.
