The cycle profile of HPO sterilizers includes a “Preparation Phase,” during which the load is conditioned and a diagnostic check is performed to ensure suitability for effective sterilization.
If the conditions are not optimal, the device will cancel the cycle before peroxide injection, saving both time and the sterilizing solution.
