International service options

Annual inspection

An annual inspection by KEN is a standard service where we offer to review and evaluate the product and possibly replace wear parts, seals etc. The inspection is arranged as a fixed service agreement, and after each service visit, you, the customer, receive documentation of the inspection.

Installation

Our customers are always offered installation and assembly of new products. In other words, we connect the power, water and drains, and commission the product software, washing programs and settings. After that, we always check the installation and document the machine’s performance.

Validation

In our validation, we review and verify the product in the configuration you, the customer, want. We test the washing performance by way of thorough analysis, and document the overall result. Generally speaking, we carry out validation at the time of installation, and revalidate annually.

Emergency servicing

We offer emergency response servicing within four hours. Our technicians carry a wide range of spare parts, enabling them to deal with many tasks in situ.

Repairs

We perform all types of repairs on our own machines. Our technicians carry a wide range of spare parts, enabling them to deal with tasks in situ.

Service agreement

Our customers are offered various service agreements, which we tailor to the customer’s particular needs. Our service agreements include discounts on spare parts and emergency servicing.

Dismantling and recycling of end-of-life products

When installing new machines, we offer recycling according to ISO 14001 by uninstalling end-of-life products, which we take back to sort for recycling.

Training customer staff

As our customer, we offer your own technical staff training so that you can service the products yourself day to day. We provide the same training we give our own technicians. In addition, we provide access to many of our operation and maintenance spare parts and tools.

We also offer relevant training to people who use our machines and related products, including an introduction to basic functions, settings and washing programs.
